Um eine Datenquelle zu intelligence qube hinzuzufügen, gehen Sie grundsätzlich vor wie im Artikel Datenquellen hinzufügen beschrieben.
Klicken Sie auf den Button "Login with Facebook" und authentifizieren Sie sich mit dem Konto, das Zugriff auf die gewünschten Daten hat. Erlauben Sie intelligence qube den Zugriff im nächsten Screen.
Wenn Sie oder andere Benutzer in Ihrem Tenant sich bereits authentifiziert haben, können Sie diese Credentials auch direkt auswählen, ohne sich erneut einloggen zu müssen.
Im nächsten Schritt wählen Sie entweder ein vordefiniertes Template für den Datenabruf oder stellen sich eigene Kombination von Dimensionen und Metriken zusammen.
Empfehlenswert ist es, mit einem vordefinierten Template zu arbeiten. Wählen Sie dazu eines der Facebook Ads Konten aus dem Dropdown aus. Die Felder der vordefinierten Templates werden angezeigt, wenn Sie auf das Fragezeichen klicken. Darüber hinaus werden im Facebook Ads vordefinierten Template einige Custom Metriken angelegt, die den Split der Actions auf einzelne Felder gewährleisten:

Wenn Sie die abzufragenden Dimensionen und Metriken selbst definieren möchten, wählen Sie "Custom Template". Wählen Sie dann zunächst den Account, die Kampagne und das Adset aus. Dann wählen Sie Dimensionen und Metriken aus, beachten Sie dabei das nicht alle Dimensionen und Metriken frei kombinierbar sind. Nach jeder Auswahl prüft intelligence qube, ob die Felder kombinierbar sind. Welche Felder genau miteinander kombinierbar sind entnehmen Sie der Facebook-Dokumentation. Vergessen Sie nicht, bei den Dimensionen auch ein Datumsfeld auszuwählen, da Ihre Daten sonst nicht auswertbar sind.
Wir empfehlen beim hinzufügen von Feldern Schritt-für-Schritt vorzugehen, da ihnen das System nach jeder Änderung mitteilen wird, ob sie bereits an Schnittstellengrenzen gestoßen sind.
Troubleshooting:
Intelligence Qube meldet "Access already granted" / "Zugang bereits gewährt" aber der Zugang ist nicht unter "Existing Credentials" gespeichert oder Sie möchten Sie Verbindung erneuern: Entfernen Sie bei Facebook die gewährten Rechte für Intelligence Qube und laden Sie Intelligence Qube neu.
